That fan base is full of bigots and morons. And why am I not surprised that Red Sux fans are actually defending him and using the fact that the fan was heckling him as an excuse? There are other ways to respond to the fan if you're not going to ignore it. Using a bigoted slur is not one of them. Something tells me this isn't the first time he's used that slur.
