Elektra Posted July 28 Share Posted July 28 Doctor Who Disney+ Spin-off Announces Title & Cast Members Quote Disney Branded Television and BBC announced that the all-new spin-off will be called The War Between The Land And The Sea. Doctor Who showrunner and executive producer Russell T Davies wrote the spin-off along with Pete McTighe (A Discovery of Witches). Production for The War Between The Land And The Sea will begin next month, set to air exclusively on Disney+, BBC One, and BBC iPlayer. Though the exact release date has yet to be announced, it was revealed that the five-part series will be directed by one of Doctor Who Season 1 directors Dylan Holmes-Williams.
