Angie
https://mashable.com/article/x-twitter-fixing-block Quote Now, X is changing the way blocking works. On Thursday, the company's Engineering account explained the changes as follows: "If a user who has blocked you replies to one of your posts, you will now be able to see their reply. This change enables you to identify and report any potential bad content that you previously could not view, safeguarding both your account and the overall integrity of our platform." Quote "Our goal is to allow users to control their experience while maintaining the public visibility of posts," the post from X's Engineering team added. On the surface, this looks like a godsend. But is it really going to help us for the better or help hurt more? 2
Goldenforce772
Everything about it just sucks. It's going to make it easier for trolls to get people suspended. 1

If they can see the posts of those that blocked them, they can simply mass report them, leading to a suspension. I'm shocked people can't see that. 1

Philip Gipson
This to me feels like another throwway decision by X just to escape accountability.
