It wasn't deadly enough in my opinion. I wanted the secrecy throughout to actually be consequential for all parties involved.
  2. Just three. One: the new wife is the actual main antagonist, and two: the "eccentric" lady is actually a journalist investigating what really happened to the husband's first wife, and three: the sibling criminals are actually underlings of the new wife.
  3. This is a pretty impressive move on the crew's part.
  4. I'm not a Rob Schneider fan, so I'd definitely not pay attention to his content.
  5. When a man (James Hyde) with a military background comes across his estranged, drug-addicted brother (Jon Briddell), old wounds reopen between them. Encouraged by his newly-married wife (Alexandra Paul) and his college-aged daughter (Eva Igo), he decides to give his brother a chance. But soon enough, mysterious events occur that involve people dying. Could the brother be behind it all, or is it someone else pulling the strings? Additional casting: Dorian Gregory, Krista Allen, and Sofia Wylie as a neighboring family for James Hyde, Alexandra Paul, and Eva Igo, Mia Sara as James's wife in flashback, Jason Tobias as a troubled man whom James counsels on handling trauma, Melissa Archer as an eccentric person who chooses to befriend James and his family, Steven Weber and Gloria Reuben as James's best friends, Linden Ashby as James's well-meaning tenant, Leann Van Mol and Andrea Pazmino as sibling criminals on the run, Lisa Cole and Jon Prescott as no-nonsense detectives, Lee Meriwether and Jessica Morris as a rich mother and daughter who view other people as "bottom-feeders," and April Hale as a "blogger" who feeds on everything dramatic. Distributors: MarVista Entertainment and Storyteller Studios. Writers: Richard Pierce and Kaila York, from a story by James Hyde and Rene Ashton. Executive producers: Hannah Pillemer, Fernando Szew, Marianne C. Wunch, James Hyde, Rene Ashton, and Alexandra Paul. Producers: Ken Sanders, John J. Tierney, Morgan Bradley, and Kaila York. Associate producers: Richard Pierce and Wendy Yarbrough. Music: Brooke DeRosa and Sarah DeCourcy. Stunts: Jasi Cotton Lanier and K.J. Phelps. Director: Morgan Bradley.
  6. The lengths some people will go to attack others. What happened to Johnny Wactor is shocking and saddening all at once.

I wanted this movie to fully take place on a cruise ship and not mostly on land, since its title is Cruise Ship Murder. For me the plot wasn't engaging enough, and some characters like that red-haired reporter never got a chance to shine. At least it had more than one or two kills.
I admit to having trouble following this movie's plot. More could've been done with it as well as its characters.
