Having recently separated from her husband (David Chokachi) for a recent affair he had, and with their college-aged daughter (Kalen Bull) caught in the middle, a woman (Shawnee Smith) distracts herself by hiring a pool attendant (Ryan McPartlin) who has an unhealthy obsession with isolating women from their loved ones in an attempt to make them his. When his employer discovers this, she's forced to defend all that she holds dear from his madness. Additional casting: Vivica A.     It was close to perfect. I thought that Rebecca Dalton and Marcus Rosner had pretty good chemistry onscreen.

    It wasn't quite a perfect movie, but I liked it for a certain freelance actress for Lifetime. ;)

  7. I know nothing about Pretty Freekin Scary, but it's pretty freaking sad that studios have to axe some projects early on.

    I admit that the movie could've highlighted more of Ruth's backstory, but I believe Teri Hatcher did the very best that she could as Ruth. She should definitely play an actual villainess in a Lifetime movie one day.
