  1. That is big news! About time the Catholic church finally became inclusive
  2. I've never used Movie Pass, but something is up with this announcement
  3. I started the Dolphins defense on Fantasy Football this week! I was overjoyed when that happened! What a way to end the 1st half!
  4. Love it when Karma works double overtime against pieces of sh*t like Derek Chauvin. Beautiful!
  5. I applaud you for speaking out and standing up to those hateful bullies. Bullies are nothing but pathetic people with nothing going for themselves. Keep up the great work in standing up against those people!
  6. It was going to end anyway, I had that feeling, but the strikes caused the ending to be shortened
  7. An up-and-coming wrestler (Allie DeBerry) competes in a women's wrestling promotion co-owned and run by her father (Adam "Edge" Copeland) and his second wife (Beth "Phoenix" Copeland), both retired wrestlers. Allie is set to receive a major push, which would begin with a marquee match against the promotion's top heel--who is actually Allie's real-life best friend (Cristine Prosperi). However, she is interrupted by a mysterious masked villainess who introduced herself as "The Dark Queen," with Cristine found knocked out while the Queen ominously warns Allie to leave the wrestling business. Cristine is unable to identify her attacker, leaving Allie to figure out who could be the culprit. Suspicion is centered towards her maternal aunt (Jessalyn Gilsig), as she became jaded towards the wrestling business following the shocking death of her sister, Allie's mother (Trish Stratus), 15 years prior. However, Jessalyn is knocked out from behind by the Queen, who suddenly unmasks herself and is revealed as Beth. While seated in front of a mirror, Beth talks to her reflection and reveals her past as Trish's tag team partner, but due to jealousy over Trish being the more popular half of the duo, Beth turned heel and poisoned Trish to get not only the spotlight, but everything else she had, including Trish's family. Beth also vents about having to act like a mother to Allie, claiming that she was just like her mother, and she gave a maniacal cackle as she vowed to destroy Allie, who is unaware of Beth's heel turn and the fact that it has gone beyond the realm of wrestling and has driven her stepmother to outright madness. Additional cast includes Jacqueline Scislowski and Camille Hyde as fellow wrestlers and friends of Allie, Amy "Lita" Dumas as a retired wrestler with ties to both Trish and Beth, Kate Drummond and Cameron Mathison as no-nonsense but competent detectives, and a cameo appearance from Debrah "Madusa" Miceli as a woman from Beth's past. Distributors: WWE Films and Reel One Entertainment EPs: Beth and Adam Copeland Writer: John Doolan Director: Lindsay Hartley NOTE: I actually created this pitch last year on Reddit, but decided to post it here as a birthday tribute to Beth Phoenix.
  8. Oh man, my condolences to Hasselbach's family, and everyone who knew him and enjoyed watching him play
This was a spectacular film, which is no surprise, because Melissa McCarthy always does awesome films! Absolutely loved it!
  9. A man (Colin A. Borden), separated from his wife (Kathryn Kohut), suddenly finds a mysterious package at his front door. Inside is an ancient bottle, which Colin opens, only for a young woman (Holly Deveaux) to emerge and introduce herself as a genie who could make his every wish come true. Colin's only wish is to continue to be in the lives of not only Kathryn, but also his daughter (Shaylaren Hilton). Holly appears to appease Colin's wish, but Colin discovers that a deeper wedge is driven between himself and Kathryn due to Holly's appearance. As Colin learns, Holly has her own feelings for her newfound master, but he turns her down and reminds her that he is a married man. Holly responds by using her powers to torment Colin and ruin his life, which is followed by Colin learning that Holly habitually fell in love with her masters and attempted to seduce them, only for the enraged genie to destroy them out of revenge. Armed with the knowledge about Holly's deranged demeanor, Colin has to do all he can to make sure that Kathryn and Shaylaren don't end up as victims of Holly's evil vendetta. Additional cast includes Melvin Ward as Colin's close friend, Shaunté Mallard as Melvin's wife and a friend of Kathryn's, Jacqueline Obradors and Robin Dunne as a pair of detectives, and Deb Podowski as a woman with some history with Holly. Distributor: MarVista Entertainment EPs: Lindsay Hartley and Robert Ballo Dir: Lindsay Hartley
Absolutely loved this sequel! Really loved seeing so many SNL cast members (current and former) in this, the callbacks were epic, and Jillian Bell was fabulous in her evil role!
  10. I'm still surprised by this development; Family Guy hasn't changed nights since the show returned to Fox on May 1, 2005. During the first run, it was a Thursday show. It had been part of the Sunday lineup for 18 years. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/family-guy-leaving-sunday-night-fox-midseason-schedule-1235669489/
Loved this! Ludacris and Lil Rel Howery in a holiday film! That is so epic!!!
This movie was wild! Loved the cast, especially Alicia Blasingame and Michael Paré!
