A brutal reminder that while the pandemic may be subsided, COVID's still a threat for the time being.

Not true.

Glad that the public appreciated him way more than Burger King ever did.

You state what is and what is possible. I want you to tell me how you want it to go.
The part of me that loves chaos wants TB to lose and ATL to beat NO so the Falcons can win the division with an 8-9 record. As for the AFC South, I would be happy with whoever wins that division, but I do want Jacksonville because of the AEW connection.

I've heard of the show, but haven't watched it. Still, it's a hell of a program and its ending will leave a hell of a void.

Also:
TB tie + NO win = NO
TB tie + ATL win = TB
If Tampa Bay ties and New Orleans wins, New Orleans wins the NFC South. If Tampa Bay ties and Atlanta wins, Tampa Bay wins the NFC South

The 18th and final week of the NFL season will feature, among other things, the AFC and NFC's South Divisions decided. In the AFC South, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Houston Texans are all tied at 9-7. In the NFC South, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints are tied at 8-8, while the Atlanta Falcons are still alive at 7-9. All 16 games played this week are divisional, and in the AFC South, the Jags face the Tennessee Titans, while the Colts and Texans face each other. In the NFC South, the Bucs face the Carolina.
Here's how the AFC South can be won:
JAX win = JAX
JAX loss = HOU/IND winner
HOU/IND tie + JAX tie = JAX
HOU/IND tie + JAX loss = IND
What this means is that Jacksonville wins the AFC South outright with a win. If Jacksonville loses on Sunday, the AFC South will go to the winner of the Houston/Indianapolis game on Saturday. If both AFC South games end tied, Jacksonville wins the AFC South. If HOU/IND ends tied and Jacksonville loses, Indianapolis wins the AFC South.
Here's how the NFC South can be won:
TB win = TB
TB loss = ATL/NO winner
ATL/NO tie + TB tie = TB
ATL/NO tie + TB loss = NO
What this means is that Tampa Bay wins the NFC South outright with a win. If Tampa Bay loses on Sunday, the NFC South will go to the winner of the Atlanta/New Orleans game that same day. If both NFC South games end tied, Tampa Bay wins the NFC South. If ATL/NO ends tied and Tampa Bay loses, New Orleans wins the NFC South.

That's the Vikings for you. They and their fans pound their chests, but when they lose when it counts, they get b***hy. Seriously, even if the Packers and Vikings weren't in the same division together, I'd still despise the Vikings.

Yeah, I've heard a few stories about Tepper. He appears to be another assclown owner. Not as bad as Dan Snyder (who owned the Commanders until this season), but he's a prick.

Yeah, KC finally got it done! Now they can relax. KC's regular season finale against the Chargers is basically practice for the playoffs.

What people fail to mention about that Packers game is that BS unnecessary roughness call against us. Mahomes was hit inbounds, but the flag was thrown anyway. It's been an insane year for refs this year, and that exact crew has been in the center of a lot of controversy.

Browns clinch spot in postseason with win over Jets
The Cleveland Browns defeated the New York Jets, 37-20, in the final Thursday Night Football game of the 2023 season. With the win, the Browns clinched a spot in this year's playoffs, only the team's third playoff appearance since returning to play in 1999. The Browns last reached the playoffs in 2020, which saw them upset the Pittsburgh Steelers during Wild Card Weekend, and narrowly oust the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional Playoff. Their only other playoff appearance in the last 25 seasons came in 2002.
The Browns made history, becoming the first team to start four different quarterbacks and still reach the postseason. With the win, the Browns still hope to win the AFC North--their first division title since 1989, which is the longest current division title drought in the NFL. For that to happen, Cleveland needs the Ravens to lose to the Dolphins on Sunday and to the Steelers next week, while the Browns themselves need to defeat the Bengals next week.

I feel that this World War III thing may be an exaggeration on the part of clout-chasers.
I totally agree. People have been trying to predict a mass, nuclear war for decades. Some do it for attention. Others have seen too many "apocalyptic" movies and see them as fact. It's just wild. I myself don't see WW3 happening for a long, long time, if at all.

Packers' Path to the Playoffs (2023 Week 17)
With two weeks left, the Packers have five different ways to reach the playoffs. They are as follows:
1. Win Out + SEA lose out + LAR lose out
2. Win Out + LAR loss
3. Win Out + LAR lose out + ATL loss
4. Win Out + SEA W17 win + SEA W18 loss
5. Win Out + SEA lose out + ATL loss
The Packers are in Minnesota this week, that's on Sunday Night Football on NBC. As for the other teams, the Rams head to MetLife Stadium to face the Giants, the Seahawks host the Steelers, and the Falcons are in the Windy City to face the Bears. So I have to pull for the Giants, Seahawks, and (ugh) Bears.
