  1. https://tvline.com/lists/hallmark-movie-schedule-september-october-2024-full-list/ I always love the Hallmark mystery movies, and I know that September and October are the last months for their usual films before they start with the holiday stuff. A lot of these movies look so good!
  2. https://dnyuz.com/2024/08/04/lottery-winner-wont-give-brother-big-chunk-of-money-as-family-is-torn-apart-accused-me-of-being-selfish/ I don't blame her. Like Ludacris once said, once you hit it big on the lottery, you'll get calls from relatives you've never seen before. Plus I've heard a lot of horror stories about how lottery winners turn up missing and all of that.
  3. Steve McMichael, battling ALS, inducted into Hall of Fame in ceremony from home Congrats to McMichael for being an official part of NFL's Hall of Fame, and prayers to him in his battle against ALS.
  4. I know it will definitely include a werewolf, most likely Grandma being one.
  5. Yeah, it would have been better if she had described it in the form of the example that I gave. It would have been more compassionate and heartfelt.
  6. https://www.today.com/news/paris-olympics/simone-biles-stop-asking-gymnastics-future-rcna165053 Simone does have a point. The #1 cliché thing that people ask athletes after they won something is "What's next?/What are you going to do next?" Whether it's a gold medal in the Olympics, or winning the Stanley Cup, World Series, and especially the Super Bowl, talking heads always give that "What's next?" question. There's really no right answer to that, because tomorrow isn't automatically promised to any of us. To me, that's what Simone's trying to say: the focus should not be on the future, it should be on the moment, the here and the now.
  7. Not only that, but she actually supports diversity, which is a big plus for sure.
  8. https://www.usatoday.com/story/entertainment/tv/2024/08/02/saturday-night-live-punkie-johnson-molly-kearney-depart/74652970007/ There's something rotten in 30 Rock. The news about Punkie Johnson leaving surprised me, because she's one of their funniest cast members. Then, just days later, Molly Kearney announces that they're leaving. And as I read about Molly, that's when the alarm went off. Both of them are LGBT. Punkie's openly gay, Molly's non-binary (they/them), yet they're both out of SNL just days apart? Something's up. Punkie and Molly are giving the typical reasons for departing, but I sense something else here. I think those two are being pushed out. Remember: a lot of networks have been doing away with shows that have the slightest inkling of representation of marginalized communities. SNL had three LGBT cast members, yet two of them are leaving? Plus look at what SNL's done regarding hosting and cameos recently. Dave Chappelle, a known transphobe. Shane Gillis, a racist and anti-LGBT. A cameo from Nikki Haley, who is as a** backwards as one can get. Yeah, Punkie and Molly were pushed out to please the old guard. They'll keep Bowen Yang around as their "token" for the milestone 50th season, but watch, once Season 50 ends, he'll be gone. I wouldn't put it past SNL to push him out, too.
  9. Christine Lakin Has A Theory On Why She Was Fired From ‘Fuller House’ I think I read some time ago that Christine Lakin had a planned role on that show, but she was let go. Now I know why. Candace and Kirk are such butthurt pieces of sh*t, I swear. The ironic thing: people who think like those two are the same people who pick on people like me for "being unable to take a joke" when something racist or anti-LGBT pops up, yet when those same people are actually satirized, they cry like b***hes. All Christine Lakin did was call out Kirk's bigoted bullsh*t, and Candace had her fired for it. Seriously, there's a special place in Hell reserved for Kirk and Candace.
  10. https://pagesix.com/2024/08/03/entertainment/french-pole-vaulter-anthony-ammiratis-bulge-costs-him-olympic-gold-medal/ LOL OMG! The stories that come from the Olympics; ay caramba!
  11. That racist Catch U Next Tuesday better be locked the hell up for that shi!
  12. https://nypost.com/2024/08/03/sports/yankees-extremely-impressed-by-converted-pitcher-brett-phillips/ This Brett Phillips looks promising! He'd be a great addition to our bullpen, big time!
  13. Simone Biles not ruling out 2028 Olympics as she dominates Paris: ‘Never say never’ Simone will dominate LA in 2028 just like she's dominating Paris! She is the undisputed GOAT!!
  14. https://www.espn.com/olympics/story/_/id/40707847/olympic-boxing-controversy-imane-khelif-lin-yu-ting-gender-sports Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-Ting are women. Period. The bigots need to just shut the f**k up and stop acting like their baseless opinions on this mattter when they don't. I repeat: Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-Ting are women
  15. Blake Snell Pitches 3rd No-Hitter of 2024 MLB Season An amazing feat for Blake Snell; major congratulations to him for pitching that no-no!!!
  16. https://nypost.com/2024/08/02/sports/simone-biles-fires-back-at-critics-after-husband-criticized-for-wearing-gold-medal/ This racist society, I swear. For decades, they've falsely accused Black men of being so misogynistic, but when they see a Black man support his wife, they get so triggered because it doesn't fit their racist narrative. All Jonathan Owens was doing was supporting Simone. Period.
  17. https://nypost.com/2024/08/02/sports/jazz-chisholm-breaks-out-move-in-first-yankee-stadium-roll-call/ I am so happy that Jazz Chisholm is a Yankee! He's been showing out a lot so far!
  18. https://nypost.com/2024/08/02/sports/gleyber-torres-removed-after-three-innings-in-early-yankees-exit/ Gleyber had a rare bad outing, but he's still a valuable asset to the Yankees. He'll kick a** for sure for the rest of the year.
